AÉRO

Born in 1981, he lives in the clouds.

A self-taught painter who emerged from the French graffiti scene in the 90s, with a degree from the hautes écoles buissonnières and a passion for human interaction and life in natural surroundings, AÉRO draws his inspiration and builds his artistic identity from all his wanderings. With his head in the clouds but his feet firmly planted on the ground, he started graffiti in 1997 in Rennes. Elusive, gliding like a draught (hence his ‘blase’) through the streets of his home town, he never imagined that he would be spreading his paintings to the four corners of the planet. However, in 2002, his job as a chef led him to embark on a journey that would last 15 years.

AÉRO takes advantage of the open environment to attract the attention of passers-by or the curious provoking emotions, reactions and reflections, and helping to give meaning to public space.
